MVNO.SERVICES Secures MVNA License to Transform Thailand’s Telecom Industry
MVNO.SERVICES, receives an MVNA license from NBTC, paving the way for innovative MVNO services in Thailand.
MVNO.SERVICES, announce that it has been awarded a Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) license by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand.
Born from a collaboration between Compax Software Development (Singapore), the software arm of Compax Digital Group, and Thailand’s AGTR Group, MVNO.SERVICES is now officially recognized as a Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) and Enabler (MVNE) in Thailand.
The company’s mission: to simplify, revolutionize and guide the way businesses, brands and organizations can launch mobile services as mobile virtual network operators (MVNO) in Thailand.
With the MVNA license in hand, MVNO.SERVICES is moving to forge agreements with local mobile network operators. These partnerships will fuel its end-to-end platform, enabling businesses of all kinds to create and manage their own MVNO services.MVNO.SERVICES’ mission aligns closely with the NBTC’s goals to enhance competition and reduce telecom costs in Thailand. A cornerstone of these reforms is the establishment of an MVNA/MVNE platform to lower entry barriers for new MVNO players, fostering a more dynamic and affordable telecom market.
The MVNA/MVNE is giving companies, brands and organizations the tools to embed mobile services into their operations. This opens the door to stronger customer loyalty, fresh revenue streams, and tailor-made telecom experiences that meet market demands.
“The MVNA license from the NBTC is a significant step in empowering businesses to enter the mobile services space,” said Leopold Kojeder, CEO of Compax Digital Holding. “This initiative allows companies to provide a more comprehensive customer experience while unlocking new revenue streams, perfectly aligning with the NBTC’s vision for a competitive and dynamic telecom market.”As MVNO.SERVICES gears up to launch its platform and services, it addresses a critical gap in Thailand’s mobile market. Following the mergers of state-run telcos CAT and TOT, and mobile operators TRUE and DTAC, the market has been left with just two operators—a situation in urgent need of fresh competition.
With a mobile penetration rate exceeding 150%, the focus is shifting from service availability to delivering solutions that genuinely resonate with the needs and wants of various end-users, and this can only come from a variety of MVNOs with tailored services to various segments.About MVNO.SERVICES
